Accessibility
Lucero Hair & Wellness is built on the idea that everyone deserves to feel welcome — and that includes how you experience our website and our studios. We’re committed to making both as accessible as we can, and to improving continually.
Our website
We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines, and we design and build our site with accessibility in mind. That includes:
- semantic, well-structured HTML with clear headings;
- keyboard-navigable menus, links and forms, with visible focus outlines;
- text and interface colors chosen for readable contrast;
- descriptive alternative text for meaningful images;
- support for your “reduce motion” setting — if you’ve turned it on, we minimize animation; and
- a responsive layout that works across phones, tablets and desktops.
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox. If something on our site is hard to use, we want to know.
Our studios
Both of our studios are designed to be easy to get into and comfortable to be in:
- Step-free entry — no stairs to get in — at both our Salt Lake City and Ogden studios.
- Accessible restrooms at both locations.
- Street-level parking near each studio — see our locations page for parking and transit details.
If you have specific needs for your visit — a quieter appointment time, extra space, or anything else — just let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Getting help or requesting accommodations
If you run into a barrier on our website, need information in a different format, or want to arrange an accommodation for your appointment, please reach out:
- by email at Joshua.Lucero91@gmail.com;
- through our contact page; or
- by phone — Salt Lake City 801.875.1251, Ogden 385.244.6860.
We’ll respond as quickly as we can and work with you to find a solution.
Our ongoing commitment
We review accessibility as we update the site and our studios, and we genuinely welcome your feedback — it helps us do better.
